Shipping & Returns 

Returns & Exchange Police for Canada & USA 

LadyMac Collection is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return or exchange your product(s), please email to: support@ladymaccollection.ca Our policy lasts 15 days. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 15 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. Shipping an item for a return or exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please allow between 3 - 10 business days for Shipping and exchanged items to reach your destinations. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at: support@ladymaccollection.ca instructions on how to proceed.

Item Condition Policy

Please be kind and treat our products with respect. If the item(s) are not returned in their original condition. Your return and/or exchange will be deemed unavailable.   

Eg: In original packaging, Unopened, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
